So, where is your spot? Where is your site? Where is your sacred place for rest and prayer? Where do you regularly experience the blessing and the presence of God?
Last week, I shared a photo of my front porch with its cracked foundation. This week, I am sharing a photo of our back deck. In the summer, this is my place for rest and prayer. This is the place where I have been slowly reading through the Book of Nehemiah and the place where I pray for God’s guidance, healing, and purpose. It is a blessing to have a place to rest, recreate, and relax in the presence of God.
