During this Day of Discipleship, we will explore how to “Lead the Mission” and “Make Disciples”. This shift to missional leadership always starts with the leader. But one question lingers… how do we do this in an established, mainline church? Guest teacher and co-founder of Gravity Leadership, Pastor Ben Sternke, will guide us as we seek new and different ways of “being” the church in this Year of Mission.

This event is open to all rostered ministers.

Save the date for a follow-up event on September 17! Pastors and deacons are invited to bring a team of lay leaders to learn how to guide the parish to “Live the Mission and Make Disciples. This event will take place September 17 from 5 – 9 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Bowling Green.

This event is sponsored by the Northwestern Ohio Synod and the Toledo Conference
