This non-conference specific event will take place at five different congregations across Northwestern Ohio.
Each gathering will begin at 6:30pm with a Taize service followed by the Bishop’s Bake Off.
Bishop’s Bake Off Info:
Each gathering has been given their own special flavor.
Everyone is invited to bake their favorite recipe that fits the flavor theme or, if you’re more of an eater than a baker, vote on your favorite dessert!
Because this is a non-conference specific event, we invite you to attend the gathering that best fits your culinary skills!
Voting will be done by making monetary donations that will directly benefit the Discipleship Institute. The dessert with the largest amount of donations wins a prize selected by Bishop Beaudoin!

What is the Discipleship Institute?
The Discipleship Institute will be a center of learning for our synod. The Institute will provide spiritual growth and learning opportunities, leadership and discipleship development, and will focus on raising up and training both lay and rostered leaders as life-long learners equipped for discipleship-making and ministry in the church. The Institute is still in the planning phase, and your support will provide a financial base for its launch.
